International Conference on Difference Equations, Special Functions and Applications

This is a joint meeting of three communities working in the fields of difference equations, special functions and applications (OPSFA, ISDE, SIDE).

This is a meeting of the conference series "Orthogonal Polynomials, Special Functions and Applications" (OPSFA) following the conferences in Copenhagen 2003, Rome 2001, Patras 1999, Sevilla 1997, Delft 1994, Evian 1992, Granada 1991, Erice 1990, Segovia 1986, Bar-Le-Duc 1984.

This is a meeting of the ICDEA conference series (International Conference on Difference Equations and Applications) organized by ISDE (International Society of Difference Equations) and being a successor of the previous conferences in Los Angeles 2004, Brno 2003, Changsha 2002, Augsburg 2001, Temuco 2000, Poznan 1998, Taipei 1997, Veszprém 1995, San Antonio 1994.

The conference is a special event in the series of the SIDE conferences (Symmetries and Integrability of Difference Equations), following the conferences in Helsinki 2004, Giens 2002, Tokyo 2000, Sabaudia 1998, Canterbury 1996, Esterel 1994.

The conference takes place on the   Main Campus of Munich University of Technology   (Arcisstrasse/Theresienstrasse) - in the center of Munich from 25th July 2005 through 30th July 2005.
